About Agency

The Agency renders the following services to movie companies:

1. Registration of the production company (modification of constituent documents)

2. SP registration for members of group and conducting tax accounting of SP

3. Obtaining certificates of the national film and rolling certificate

4. Drawing up of contracts and participation in negotiations:

• with members of a film crew;
• with other participants of film production;
• with studios Mosfilm, Lenfilm, Glavkino, Media City, Yalta film;
• concerning product placement and advertizing.

5. Drawing up of license contracts

6. Preparation of the legal conclusions, memorandums on legal issues, other legal documentation

7. Verification of documents of the company on compliance to the legislation
